Effective Date: 28 May 2025

1. Overview

Cloudmesh (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides cybersecurity consulting, IT support, and website services to individuals and organisations. By engaging with our services or booking via our platform (including Cal.com), you (“the client”) agree to the following terms.


2. Scope of Services

We provide:

  • One-time consultations and security reviews

  • Ongoing support via monthly retainer

  • Advisory services including risk assessments and policy recommendations

Services do not include penetration testing, legal advice, or hands-on remediation unless explicitly agreed in writing.


3. Appointments & Rescheduling

Appointments are booked online. You may:

  • Reschedule up to 12 hours in advance

  • Cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice to receive a refund (for paid sessions)

Missed or late-cancelled sessions are non-refundable.


4. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe at the time of booking. We do not store credit card information.

Invoices for larger projects or retainers may be issued separately.


5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. However, please do not share sensitive credentials, passwords, or private keys during consultations unless mutually agreed upon under a signed NDA.


6. Liability

Advice and reports are offered in good faith but are not guaranteed to eliminate all security risks. We are not liable for losses resulting from the implementation or non-implementation of our advice.


7. Data & Privacy

Booking data and session notes may be stored securely to deliver services. See our Privacy Policy for details.
